The Role

  • This is a pivotal dual-function role based at our Sangotedo, Ajah office.
  • The successful candidate will serve as the company's first point of contact, managing all front-office operations, while also applying their practical knowledge in accounting for financial administration and assisting with basic legal documentation and filing related to property transactions.


Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Client Relations:

  • Manage the reception area, professionally greeting and directing clients and visitors.
  • Handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized, professional, and presentable office environment.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and company calendars.

Accounting Support:

  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping, data entry, and maintenance of financial records.
  • Reconcile petty cash and simple bank accounts.
  • Support the accounting department with documentation and filing.

Legal/Administrative Support (Real Estate Focus):

  • Assist in the preparation, documentation, and filing of legal paperwork related to property sales and acquisitions (e.g., offer letters, client agreements, initial documentation review).
  • Maintain organized physical and electronic files for client contracts and legal documents, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Facilitate the submission of documents to the legal department or external counsel.


What We Are Looking For

Educational Qualifications:

  • A minimum of B.Sc., HND, B.Hons., or equivalent qualification in Administration, Mass Communication, Secretarial/Clerical fields, or any other related field.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of working experience in a Customer Care, Front Desk, or Client Relations role, preferably within the Real Estate, Legal, or Financial services industries.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven, practical experience in basic Accounting or Bookkeeping is mandatory.
  • Demonstrable experience or strong foundational knowledge in Legal Administration, Documentation, or Paralegal support, particularly concerning contracts or property agreements, is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail, especially when handling confidential documents.
  • Professional demeanor, integrity, and discretion.
