  • Drive strategic HR initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Lead performance management, training, and employee engagement programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Partner with leadership to align HR policies with organisational goals.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field (Advanced certification is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
