Job Title: Logistics Manager

Location: Lagos

Position Summary

• The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of haulage and delivery processes across the West African coast.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in regional logistics and be confident in managing and liaising with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations along the West African haulage routes.
• Liaise and maintain strong relationships with multinational clients.
• Ensure timely and cost-efficient transportation of goods across regional borders.
• Monitor supply chain performance and implement process improvements.
• Prepare logistics reports, cost analyses, and compliance documentation.
• Supervise logistics staff and ensure adherence to operational protocols.
• Manage communication with customs, freight forwarders, and third-party vendors.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in logistics/haulage delivery across the West African coast.
• Strong knowledge of cross-border transportation laws and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with multinational clients.
• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
