Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

• Responsible for the safe, timely, and cost-effective maintenance of mechanical electrical, and instrumentation systems across swamp and shallow offshore production facilities.
• Ensures equipment reliability, asset integrity, and minimal production downtime through effective planning, supervision, and coordination of maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, und supervlas preventive, carmective, and breakdown maintenance aquiment pumps compressers, turbines, velves, generators, ond process instrumentation
• Ensure maintenance work is executed safely and efficiently under the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system
• Lead and develop maintenance technicians, ensuring high technical standards and compliance with company procedures.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities with production. morne, and logistics teams to minimize operational disruption.
• Monitor equipment performance, analyze failures, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Oversee spare parts inventory, maintenance records, anil CMHS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) updates
• Support planning and execution of shutdowns, turnarounds, and reliability improvement programs.
• Verify proper equipment isolation, tagging, and recommissioning after maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all HSE and asset integrity management system.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc / HND in Mechenicol, Electrical, or InstrumentetionEngineering.
• 8 - 12 years maintenance experience in & gas production, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/offshore role
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, precess control systems, and maintenance planning tools
• Cartified in BOSIET/HUET and relevant HSE maintenace management training.
• Proficiency with CMMS (eg, SAP PM, Maxime) and reliability engineering principles.

• Sound knowledge of HSE ond assert integrity standards.
• Planing and organizational ability to manage multiplemaintenaner actives.
