Job Description
- Oversees the administrative, financial, and operational functions that keep the firm running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Managing budgets, billing, payroll, and client accounting; maintaining office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships; and handling general office operations such as phones, mail, and client reception.
- The role also involves supervising and training support staff, coordinating hiring and scheduling, and organizing client and firm files. Office managers often serve as a primary point of contact for clients and external service providers and may assist with marketing efforts.
- Essential skills include strong organization and time management, effective communication, proficiency with office software, basic bookkeeping knowledge, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
