Job Title: Quantity Surveyor 

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Lagos State, Nigeria. 
• The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years work experience. 
• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
• BOQ and Cost Planning skills
• Experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation
• Knowledge of construction materials and processes
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Relevant certification or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

Salary

N250,000 monthly.
