Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales growth and provide technical expertise to customers. You will be responsible for generating sales leads, conducting technical presentations, providing technical support to clients, and facilitating equipment installations and to meet sales revenue targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute technical sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide technical pre-sales support, including product demonstrations, trials, and proof-of-concept.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to generate, identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, product training, and workshops
  • Conduct site surveys, assess customer needs, and provide installations support for our installations team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 1year experience (Proven experience in technical sales, pre-sales support, or a similar role is a plus)
  • NYSC discharge certificate
  • Technical knowledge and expertise in selling or installing Power Quality solutions such as UPS, Harmonic Filters, Power Factor Correction Equipment, Voltage Stabilizers is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Work will require travelling
  • A valid driving license is a plus
