Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage Sales agents.
  • Conduct market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and recommend strategic actions.
  • Supervise field sales agents and support their performance management.
  • Track daily sales activities, route coverage, and retail penetration.
  • Coordinate inventory planning, stock movement, and timely product replenishment.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, performance reviews, and market feedback for management.
  • Support trade marketing initiatives, activations, and brand promotion within the territory.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high service quality across sales channels.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4years of experience in sales or field operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian retail and wholesale market structures.
  • Proven experience managing sales agents, or territory operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet strict targets.
  • High level of integrity, discipline, and professionalism.
