1.) Waiter / Waitress

Job Location: Ikeja (GRA), Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a courteous and efficient Waitress to provide excellent customer service to guests.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• You should be attentive, friendly, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options
• Take accurate customer orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and according to service standards
• Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints where necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas
• Process bills and handle payments accurately
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented approach
• Basic numeracy skills for handling bills and payments
• Neat appearance and professional demeanor
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Preferred Qualities:

• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Ability to upsell menu items
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Salary

N68,000 per month.

2.) HR Generalist

Job Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

Job Summary

• The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and performance management.
• The role requires hands-on experience in managing workforce dynamics typical of manufacturing or FMCG settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
• Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Support workplace health and safety initiatives in collaboration with HSE team.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Note: Professional Certifications (would be an Added Advantage).
• Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM).

Salary

N350,000 per month.
