Job Location: Ikeja (GRA), Lagos
Job Summary
- We are looking for a courteous and efficient Waitress to provide excellent customer service to guests.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- You should be attentive, friendly, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options
- Take accurate customer orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and according to service standards
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints where necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas
- Process bills and handle payments accurately
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented approach
- Basic numeracy skills for handling bills and payments
- Neat appearance and professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Preferred Qualities:
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Ability to upsell menu items
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Salary
N68,000 per month.

2.) HR Generalist
Job Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Job Summary
- The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and performance management.
- The role requires hands-on experience in managing workforce dynamics typical of manufacturing or FMCG settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Support workplace health and safety initiatives in collaboration with HSE team.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Note: Professional Certifications (would be an Added Advantage).
- Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM).
