About the Role

  1. As a Marketing Associate at Atinudah BrandCo, you will play a hands-on role in executing campaigns, supporting client accounts, and driving the day-to-day marketing work that keeps the agency running.
  2. You’ll assist with content development, client communication, project management, and campaign reporting, learning how to build and manage impactful marketing campaigns from the ground up.
  3. This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative instinct, digital marketing know-how, and a hunger to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  4. You’ll work directly with the Marketing Account Manager and cross-functional teams (designers, strategists, and content creators) to deliver bold, culture-driven campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

Client & Campaign Support:

  1. Support day-to-day client communication, task updates, and internal coordination
  2. Help write briefs, gather campaign insights, and support creative brainstorming
  3. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing proposals
  4. Join pitch efforts and new client onboarding


Content & Channel Execution:

  1. Develop content calendars and rollout plans for social media, newsletters, and other digital channels
  2. Draft copy for social posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials
  3. Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of asset
  4. Build and execute marketing strategies across digital, social, content, PR, influencer, and events


Project & Task Management:

  1. Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and revisions across multiple accounts
  2. Update project trackers (e.g. Notion, Google Sheets) and follow up on outstanding tasks
  3. Assist in planning campaign activations or client-related events


Performance Tracking:

  1. Monitor basic KPIs using tools like Instagram Insights, Meta Business Manager, and Mailchimp
  2. Help compile campaign performance reports and highlight improvement area
  3. Capture client feedback and support campaign optimizations


Cross-functional Collaboration:

  1. Work with Atinudah Studio (design/production) and Concepts (events) to bring campaigns to life
  2. Attend client shoots, events, or activations when required to support execution


Requirements

  1. 1–2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand communication
  2. Basic knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution
  3. Strong writing and communication skills
  4. Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn quickly
  5. Ability to multitask across clients and timelines in a fast-moving environment
  6. Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Notion, Slack, Google Suite, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.
  7. Social media management or copywriting experience
  8. Passion for culture, lifestyle, and the African creative economy
