We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:


1.) Junior Compressor Technician


Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers


Job Summary


  • The candidate will ensure the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of compressor units on the FPSO through routine inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.


Key Responsibilties

General Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain gas compressor and gas lift skid
  • Assist and execute technical maintenance in production plant

Special Responsibilities:

  • Daily operation of compressor skid
  • Ensuring proper and continuous functioning of gas lift with minimum downtime
  • Report to PSUP status of equipment
  • Liaise with PSUP for spare parts stock and necessary purchasing
  • Report any hazardous situation and equipment failure to PSUP or SPOP as appropriate
  • Carry out routine safety tests and checks on equipment as required by PSUP
  • Execution and technical expertise to PSUP and SPOP in all mechanical maintenance in production facilities
  • Assist SPOP and JPOP in production routines if needed
  • Keep record of repairs, adjustments and the use of spare parts
  • Be familiar with PTW System
  • Be fully familiar with rules, regulations and work procedures applicable to his responsibilities.


Certificates Training:

  • Officer in Charge of an engineering watch certificate (OOW).


Professional Qualification

  • Officer in Charge of an engineering watch certificate (OOW) is mandatory.
  • Mechanical engineering and Production engineering or Marine Engineer with at least 4 years’ experience, preferably from Gas Tankers.
  • Compressor Training Certificate
  • Very good knowledge in English written and spoken.

2.) Civil & Structural Engineer


Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers


Job Purpose

  • To support Civil and Structural aspects of engineering design and construction works, with the timely production of design, construction and as-built drawings when required and in compliance with Project Specifications and COMPANY General Specifications.
  • To perform Civil and Structural design verification required for further development into construction drawings or for quantities estimate.
  • To support the coordination of interfaces with other Project engineering disciplines to prepare and receive input for development of civil and structural design deliverables.
  • To provide technical input and support in evaluating, selecting, and applying standard engineering and constructability options, techniques, procedures, and criteria, in making adaptations and modifications as it involves the preparation of construction deliverables for Brownfield modifications and other assigned design and detailing tasks.


Job Responsibilites

  • Review assigned construction engineering deliverables received from Contractors, Vendors or generated internally
  • Prepare and/or update civil/structural Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings
  • Ensure that Basis of Design, Project Specifications for buildings, civil and structural works are adhered to for all prepared and reviewed deliverables.
  • Preparation of Civil and Structural MTOs for the purposes of enquiries, procurement or internal COMPANY estimates.
  • Interface with other Project engineering discipline Designers during the preparation or review of deliverables.
  • Follow up fabrication activities on site and in contractors’ fabrication yards to ensure compliance with engineering designs.
  • Support Project Review audits for the different project phases
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of deliverables are of the highest quality so that they meet safety, constructability and functionality requirements.
  • Ensure proper follow-up on red-line markups and as-built documentation and close-out.
  • Occasional site visits to support site surveys or existing structures integrity assessment when required for design development.

HSE Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support and enforce the HSE Project objectives and directives. Ensure all HSE targets are achieved.
  • Make safety suggestions, report any anomalies, and initiate STOP procedure for unsafe acts
  • Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to HSE and quality management.
  • Monitor the HSE performance of Contractors and their sub-contractors and ensure compliance with documented HSE Plans and procedures.
  • Ensure that all Company personnel and visitors know, understand, and comply with safety regulations on site, and have received adequate HSE training.
  • Ensure that CTR follow approved work procedures in site or yard execution works.

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Professional Experience (min. number of years):  7
  • Experience within project: (min. number of years): 5.

Key Technical Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of oil & gas field engineering, design, construction and installation methods including its practice and procedures
  • Familiar with codes standards regulations and practices applicable to the design and construction of offshore structures/production facilities, including IP, ITU, API, NEG, ISA, ANSI, AGA, NEMA, etc.
  • Ability to demonstrate oil and gas experience with an emphasis on onshore and offshore engineering design on projects
  • Knowledge of analytical techniques required for Civil/Structural detailed design
  • Ability to communicate articulately and persuasively
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision as part of a team, which might include the support and management of Contractor’s Designers.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact in a multi-national/multi-ethnic workgroup
  • Must be self-motivated and able to effectively influence the Project Team and contractor personnel
  • He/she should possess excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively function in a team environment.

3.) Head, Media Relations

  • The Head, Media Relations is a strategic leadership position responsible for elevating the company’s Group’s brand visibility, reputation, and influence across key stakeholder ecosystems.
  • This role serves as the architect of the company’s external narrative, positioning the company as Africa’s leading industrial transformation company and pioneer in additive manufacturing technology.
  • The Head, Media Relations will build and nurture strategic relationships with media houses, investors, government agencies, industry associations, and other critical stakeholders to amplify the Company’s story of driving industrial sovereignty through advanced manufacturing technologies working closely with other internal stake holders.
  • This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the company’s strategic objectives by creating thought leadership platforms, securing high-value media coverage, and establishing influential networks that contribute to policy influence, investor engagement, revenue generation, and brand equity enhancement.


 Key Responsibilities

Strategic Media Relations & Brand Visibility:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive media relations strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and strategic growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tier-one media outlets, industry publications, business journalists, and editorial boards across Nigeria, West Africa, and international markets.
  • Create compelling press releases, media kits, thought leadership articles, and content that articulate the company’s industrial revolution narrative.
  • Secure high-impact media coverage in business, technology, energy, manufacturing, and defense publications to maintain consistent brand presence.
  • Monitor media landscape, track coverage, and measure brand sentiment to continuously optimize messaging and positioning.

Stakeholder Network Development & Management:

  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across targeted stakeholder groups including investors, government officials, industry association leaders, and corporate executives.
  • Develop strategic engagement plans for priority stakeholder segments, ensuring regular touchpoints and relationship deepening.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive stakeholder database with detailed profiles, engagement history, and relationship mapping.

Government & Policy Engagement:

  • Build strategic relationships with relevant government agencies, ministries (e.g Industry, Trade, Science & Technology, Maritime, Defence etc.), and regulatory bodies

  • Support investor relations activities by ensuring consistent messaging and coordinating media coverage around funding rounds, partnership announcements, and major milestones.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to showcase the company at investor forums, roadshows, and investment-focused events.
  • Work with Strategic Communications to develop investor-focused content that articulates the company’s growth story, competitive advantages, and market opportunity. 

Industry Engagement & Association Management:

  • Establish and maintain active engagement with relevant industry associations including Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council (CWEIC), Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA), Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN), and sector-specific bodies.
  • Identify leadership and committee participation opportunities that position the company at the centre of industry discussions and decision-making.
  • Coordinate The company’s participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and sector conferences to maximize brand visibility and networking opportunities.

  • Ensure message consistency across all external communications, aligning with brand guidelines and strategic positioning. 

Crisis Communications & Reputation Management:

  • Develop and maintain crisis communication protocols and rapid response capabilities to protect and preserve the company’s reputation
  • Monitor media coverage and social sentiment to identify and address potential reputational risks proactively
  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Leadership teams on sensitive communications requiring careful stakeholder management
  • Maintain positive relationships with key media contacts to ensure balanced coverage during challenging situations.

Team Leadership & Budget Management:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing media relations team, providing clear direction, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
  • Manage external agency relationships and vendor partnerships to supplement internal capabilities as needed
  • Develop and manage annual media relations budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across priorities
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to track media relations effectiveness and demonstrate ROI


Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field from a recognized institution
  • Master’s Degree in Strategic Communications, Media Relations, or Business Administration is highly preferred

Experience & Expertise:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in media relations, public relations, or corporate communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Demonstrated track record of building and managing high-level stakeholder relationships across government, media, and corporate sectors
  • Proven experience in developing and executing strategic communications campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Experience working in or with industrial, manufacturing, technology, or engineering sectors strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting investor relations or capital-raising activities is advantageous
