Company Overview:

One of our clients, a leading global provider of telecommunications and information technology solutions, is looking to hire an Account Manager/Sales professional. The company operates in over 90 countries and is a major player in optical communications, broadband access, and telecom solutions.


Job Responsibilities:

Achieve sales and profit targets assigned by the company, along with other key performance indicators related to the account manager role.

Drive market expansion and brand promotion in Nigeria, identifying and exploring new project opportunities.

Gather customer requirements and collaborate with the product team to develop tailored solutions for target customers.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in telecom operators and enterprise clients, ensuring effective engagement throughout the bidding and sales process.

Oversee contract negotiations, ensure timely payment collections, and manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts.



Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

At least three (3) years of experience in product/service sales within the Nigerian telecom industry, preferably working with major telecom operators.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Ability to work proactively, handle pressure, and demonstrate innovative approaches in customer engagement.

Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Based in Lagos, Nigeria, with the flexibility to travel to other regions as needed.
