We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accounting Manager

Location: Nigeria (Remote)

About the role

  • In this role, you will manage accounting operations focusing on holding company and consolidated entity reporting.
  • You will help manage the company’s global accounting operations, focusing on consolidations, intercompany transactions, and accurate reporting of shared costs across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate consolidation
  • Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations, ensuring alignment with the holding company’s financial reporting requirements.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with finance operations to implement efficient intercompany transactions and reconciliations
  • Support audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls for holding company
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Drive efficient systems and processing for entity accounting operations
  • Experience working with companies operating within the UK financial and regulatory landscape is essential
  • Demonstrable expertise in UK financial regulations and tax compliance, including VAT, corporate tax, and payroll.
