We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accounts Payables Officer

Locations: Lagos, Wasimi, Abeokuta & Ewekoro - Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare payment vouchers and liaise with banks for transfers.
• Monitor due dates to avoid late payments and penalties.
• Support procurement and operations teams in vendor management.
• Assist with audit preparations and financial reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0 - 3 years of relevant experience in payables or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting practices and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• High attention to detail and integrity.
