Job Description/Requirements


Responsibilities:

Social Media & Digital Strategy

  • Develop and implement creative social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Generate engaging and relevant content (posts, videos, graphics, captions).
  • Schedule, monitor, and analyze social media performance metrics.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, hashtags, and engagement tactics.


Administrative Functions

  • Handle office correspondence, including emails and phone messages.
  • Manage client communications and follow up professionally.
  • Assist in maintaining schedules, files, and documentation.
  • Support other departments in day-to-day administrative operations.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum qualification: OND in any relevant field.
  • Good knowledge of social media management and general media operations.
  • Strong content creation, idea generation, and content distribution skills.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Must be creative, organized, and proactive.


Remuneration: NGN150,000–NGN250,000 depending on experience
