Job Description

  • Our client is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Admin Manager to oversee and optimize administrative operations across the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional capable of coordinating office functions, managing vendors, and supporting executive operations efficiently and discreetly.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the organization
  • Manage facilities operations, including security, maintenance, and housekeeping
  • Handle procurement, vendor management, and contract administration
  • Monitor and control office budgets, supplies, and operational costs
  • Coordinate executive schedules, travel logistics, visas, and official engagements
  • Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and filing systems
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and process improvements
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure smooth operations


Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in administration, preferably within the oil & gas or energy sector
  • Proven experience managing administrative functions and operations
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism
  • Mature, composed, and highly professional
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Confident in handling executive-level responsibilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Experience:

  • Administrative Management: Minimum 5 years (Required).
