Stardust Technologies is looking for an organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support our growing team.


Key Responsibilities:

⁠Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and scheduling.

⁠ ⁠Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

⁠ ⁠Organize files, Records, and maintain office supplies.

⁠ ⁠Assist with basic digital marketing tasks, including social media management and content creation.

⁠ ⁠Create visually appealing materials using Canva.



Skills:

⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Canva.

⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of digital marketing.

⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

⁠ ⁠Excellent communication abilities.

⁠ ⁠Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.


Compensation:

-120,000 Naira monthly salary


-Commissions
