Job Summary

King Ghali International Trading is recruiting 2 excellent Administrative Managers, located in Festac and Shagamu, respectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall administrative and logistics management of the company compound. Requirements include 2 years or more of administrative management experience, and responsibility for recruitment is also required.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate communication and collaboration among various business departments (hotel, logistics, car dealership) within the compound to ensure smooth information flow and proper execution of instructions.
  • Implement the company's rules and regulations, and supervise the code of conduct and work discipline of local employees.
  • Handle emergencies properly.
  • Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, training, attendance tracking, and daily management of local employees in the compound.
  • Manage logistics teams such as security guards, cleaners, maintenance staff, and drivers.
  • Supervise employees' compliance with local laws, regulations, and company safety policies to prevent risk incidents.


Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience
  • Nigerian nationality
  • Familiar with the local government system and business environment
  • Experience in administrative management or government liaison preferred.
