Bozinda Travels into tourism, ticketing, and Travelling is recruiting


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations
  • Maintain and organize company records and documents
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and correspondence
  • Support management with administrative tasks
  • Handle data entry, filing, and documentation.


Requirements

  • Minimum of an OND / HND / B.Sc in any related field
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in an admin role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reports)
  • Comfortable using digital tools, apps and software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proximity to Ikoyi is an advantage.

  • A self-starter who is organized and proactive
  • Someone who takes initiative without being told twice
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace and MS Office.
