7Eleven Consultancy Services is a company that runs full HR services, but in a consulting role. Such services are recruitment, organisation development, payroll management, training, etc.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations of the school.
  • Maintain accurate records of students, staff, and school activities.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Support school management in planning and executing academic and non-academic activities.
  • Monitor attendance records for staff and students.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and examinations.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including income and expenditure.
  • Record school fees, payments, and other revenue streams.
  • Issue receipts and track outstanding fees.
  • Prepare basic financial reports (daily, weekly, or monthly).
  • Teach assigned subjects.


Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND, NCE, or HND with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Candidates leaving around Ijaiye-Ojokoro, Alagbado, Kola, Alakuko and its environs will be given high priority.
