Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Aesthetic Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our aesthetic clinic.
- The ideal candidate does not need prior aesthetic experience but should possess strong management skills, a passion for excellent customer service, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
- This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless clinic operations, high client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise clinic staff, including receptionists, technicians, and support personnel.
- Ensure staff are well-trained and provide exceptional service.
Daily Operations:
- Oversee the smooth running of the clinic on a day-to-day basis, including scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Customer Service:
- Foster a client-focused environment by ensuring all clients receive outstanding service, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Reporting & Communication:
- Regularly report to management on clinic performance, client feedback, operational issues, and staffing needs.
- Highlight areas requiring urgent attention or improvement.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and staff performance.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions.
Training & Development:
- Support staff development through ongoing training, coaching, and motivation.
Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure the clinic adheres to all regulatory standards, health & safety protocols, and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing daily operations, preferably in a service - oriented environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes or industry standards.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze reports, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities. Initiative-driven with a positive attitude.
