Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Agency Manager to join their team in Ikoyi, Lagos.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing travel agency operations and be proficient in the use of GDS systems such as Amadeus and Galileo.
- This role requires someone who can handle ticket issuance, reservations, re-issuance, re-validation, date changes, and BSP processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the travel agency
- Use Amadeus and Galileo for ticketing and reservations
- Handle re-issuance, re-validation, date changes, and BSP-related activities
- Coordinate with airlines, clients, and vendors to deliver excellent service
- Monitor and manage customer satisfaction
- Oversee budgets and financial records related to travel operations
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred for gender balance
- Proven experience in a similar role within the travel industry
- Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus and Galileo)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Must be available for immediate resumption
Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
