About the Role

• We are looking for a AI-Native Developer (AI Builder) who can work closely with business teams to identify real-world problems and build practical AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, automate manual processes, and create measurable business value.
• This is a hands-on builder role. You will be expected to take initiatives from understanding the business problem through solution design, development, integration, deployment, and validation.
• You will work across business functions such as  Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement, identifying opportunities where AI and automation can improve existing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with business and functional teams to understand their processes, challenges, and pain points.
• Identify opportunities where AI, automation, or software solutions can improve productivity and reduce manual work.
• Translate business problems into practical technical solutions and build them end-to-end.
• Develop AI applications, agents, automations, and data workflows.
• Work with LLMs, generative AI, RAG, APIs, databases, and other modern AI technologies.
• Integrate solutions with existing enterprise systems, including platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Test and evaluate solutions to ensure they are reliable, useful, and solving the intended business problem.
• Deploy and continuously improve solutions based on user feedback and performance.
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership of projects from discovery through delivery while identifying future opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree
• 3+ years of professional software development or engineering experience, with meaningful hands-on AI/ML experience.
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping software or AI solutions that real users have used.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or another modern programming language.
• Experience building AI-powered applications and working with APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Practical understanding of LLMs, generative AI, RAG, AI agents, or related technologies.
• Experience with software development, testing, version control, and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand business problems and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong ownership, curiosity, and delivery mindset.
