We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural designs using design software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Create and present design proposals, reports, and presentations
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in architectural design
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools)
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and building codes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
