Job Overview

• We are seeking a smart and detail-oriented architect.
• The architect will support the design and execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• We require a highly competent, IT-savvy professional who combines strong design thinking with modern digital workflow capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Project Development:

• Lead architectural design from concept development through construction documentation.
• Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling architectural solutions.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentations, renderings, and design reports.
• Translate client requirements into practical and buildable design solutions.
• Ensure designs align with project budgets, timelines, regulatory requirements, and sustainability objectives.

Technical Coordination:

• Coordinate closely with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers.
• Review engineering drawings to ensure multidisciplinary coordination.
• Resolve design conflicts before construction begins.
• Conduct constructability reviews to improve efficiency and reduce project risks

Project Delivery:

• Provide architectural leadership throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
• Respond promptly to RFIs (Requests for Information), design clarifications, and site challenges.
• Review contractor shop drawings, material samples, and technical submissions.
• Participate in project meetings and provide design guidance to project teams.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Prepare and submit documentation required for planning approvals and statutory permits.
• Liaise with planning authorities and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian Building Code, planning regulations, fire safety requirements, accessibility standards, and environmental regulations

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• JobsPresent design concepts confidently to clients and executive leadership.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Provide professional architectural advice throughout project execution.
• Manage client expectations while maintaining design integrity.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all architectural deliverables meet Cloreto Group's quality standards.
• Conduct design reviews to minimize errors and rework.
• Champion continuous improvement in architectural processes and documentation standards.

Innovation & Sustainability:

• Stay updated on emerging architectural trends, construction technologies, sustainable materials, and digital design tools.
• Recommend innovative solutions that improve project quality, operational efficiency, and environmental performance.
• Promote sustainable and cost-effective design practices across all projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Dictionaries & EncyclopediasBachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, ArchiCAD or related software.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and construction detailing.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

N350,000 - N450,000 Monthly.
