Neveah Limited is a leading commodity trading company established in 2014, with its head office in Abuja and five operational offices across Nigeria. The company specializes in the export of solid minerals and agricultural products, sourcing the finest raw materials from local markets to meet international demand. Neveah has now expanded into manufacturing, focusing on the recycling of aluminum and copper to produce ingots for export, further strengthening its global footprint.


We are recruiting to fill the position below:


Job Title: Assistant Finance Manager

Location: Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • Support financial management, reporting, and analysis to drive fiscal discipline and strategic decision‑making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and cost analyses per recycling batch.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and capex budgets.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits; strengthen internal controls.
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processing.

Smart KPIs

  • Budget Accuracy: ≤3% variance between budget vs actual monthly.
  • Month-End Close: Close accounts within 5 business days consistently.
  • Working Capital: Reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) by 10% in 12 months.
  • Audit Findings: Achieve ≤3 significant audit findings annually.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ICAN/ACCA preferred.
  • 7+ years’ finance experience, with 3 years in manufacturing.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
