Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Assistant Sales Representative to support our sales operations, engage with customers, and contribute to driving business growth.
- The ideal candidate will assist with daily sales activities, administrative support, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sales activities, including attending to customers and attracting new clients to improve sales.
- Drive sales by bringing in new customers and promoting products/services.
- Handle cash lodgement for sales transactions.
- Welcome and assist customers at the shop, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Inform customers about promotions and encourage purchases.
- Ensure proper product display for visibility and appeal.
- Conduct periodic stock inventory checks.
- Assist in loading and offloading goods as needed.
- Help set up the shop for daily operations.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department.
- Prepare and organize sales-related documents, including invoices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and with minimal supervision.
- Basic organizational and administrative skills.
- Must be proactive, sales-driven, and customer-focused.
