Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Executive Director, Operations
Role Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead, build, and grow our Ibadan operations.
- The ideal candidate will serve as the Chief Marketing Officer of the branch, an Operations Strategist, and an Administrative Lead.
- You will drive business growth, manage staff and branch performance, and ddeliver on the branch’s revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Ibadan branch, aligning with the company’s growthh objectives.
- Act as the chief marketing and sales officer for the branch, developing campaigns to drive visibility and conversion.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, administration, project follow-ups, and customer service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational systems that drive productivity and accountability.
- Supervise and support all departments and staff, fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Drive branch profitability by sourcing high-value partnerships, investors, and real estate clients.
- Prepare regular performance and financial reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, HSE protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in the real estate sector.
- At least 3 years’ experience as Head or Manager of a Real Estate Branch with proven results.
- Demonstrated ability to lead operations, manage people, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Strong marketing and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of the Ibadan real estate market.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Professional certifications in real estate, project management, or leadership are a plus.
