We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports‍ to: Executive Director, Operations

Role Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic⁠ Branch Manager to⁠ lead, build, and grow our Ibadan operations‌.⁠
  • The ideal candidate will‌ serve as the Chief Marketing Officer of the branch, an Operations Strategist, and an Administrative Lead.‌
  • You will drive business growth, manage staff and branch performance, and‌ ddeliver on the branch’s‌ revenue and customer satisfaction‍ goals.

Key Responsibilities‍

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for the⁠ Ibadan branch⁠, aligning with the⁠ company’s growthh objectives.
  • Act as the chief marketing and sales officer for the branch, developing campaigns to‌ drive visibility and conversion⁠.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales,‌ administration, project follow⁠-ups, and customer service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational systems⁠ that drive productivity and accountability.
  • Supervise and support all departments‍ and staff, fostering a perfo‌rmance-driven culture.
  • Drive branch profitability by sourcing high-v⁠alue‍ partnerships, investors, and real estate clients.
  • Prepare regular‍ performance and financial reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compl⁠i⁠anc⁠e with all company policies, HSE protocols, and regula‌tory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Estate Ma‌nagement, Business Adm‌inistration,⁠ or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in‌ the real estate sector.
  • At least 3 years’‍ experience as Head or Manager of a Real Estate Branch with proven results.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead operations, manage people, and meet‌ or⁠ exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong marketing and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of the Ibadan real estate market.
  • Excellent‌ organizational, comm‍unication, and decision-making skills.
  • Professional certifications in real estate, project management, or leadership are a‍ plus.
