Job Summary:

  • The Brand & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company’s brand communication and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. The individual is responsible for building, positioning, and scaling the Cardinal Torch Group, i.e. Cardinal Treats brand across retail, distribution, digital, export, and consumer engagement channels. The role combines strategic brand leadership with hands-on execution to drive awareness, market penetration, consumer loyalty, and revenue growth.

  • positioning, trade promotions, retail visibility initiatives, storytelling, partnerships, consumer
  • insights, and media engagement that strengthen Cardinal Torch Group Particularly Cardinal
  • Treats as a leading product and FMCG brand.
