Bralewood Investments Limited (BIL) is a budding financial intermediation organisation with the key target of matchingthe surplus and deficit units of the national economy and beyond based on the uniqueness of our target clients and stakeholders.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Constantly seek out new sources of leads and client referrals. 
  • Understand clients' financial goals and provide tailored solutions to meet their investment needs and also devise a risk management solution.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Communications Unit to ensure proposals align with client expectations and company capabilities.
  • Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets and business development goals
  • Performs various Foreign Exchange (FX) duties, including the execution of spot and forward transactions with internal and external clients through various delivery channels.
  • Liaise effectively with other areas of the banking sector to leverage business opportunities. 
  • Provide support to the Business Development Manager.
  • Support sales daily activity.
  • Keep clients informed about our product capabilities.
  • Establish relationships with players in immediate work groups within the front office and support areas and what they can provide for clients.
  • Establish a high degree of competence with clients around foreign exchange exposure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, traders, and strategists.
  • Collaborate with partners to create synergies and expand market reach.


KPIs

  • The following KPIs shall be used to monitor the performance of this team member.
  • 100% performance achieved and exceeded on FX budget
  • 100% performance achieved and exceeded on BDC budget
  • 100% performance achieved and exceeded Investment budget
  • 100% compliance with the sales strategies
  • 100% achievement in the quality and timeliness of report submission
  • Monthly count of newly acquired clients on performance budget.
  • 60% leads converted into clients.
  • 75% value of additional services or products sold to existing clients. 


Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a similar role within the Finance and Investment Sector (minimum Second Class Upper)
  • 2–7 years sales experience
  • Solid data analysis capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Suite
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends
  • Good customer service personality.
