Bookworm Staffing is an end-to-end recruitment agency and  job board powered by Bookworm Education Services Ltd. Operating out of Nigeria, the agency bridges the gap between  job seekers and employers by providing both local and international job placement assistance. 


Job Summary

  • We're growing our sales team and are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Coordinator to help drive client engagement and revenue growth.
  • In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for prospective clients, building meaningful relationships, identifying their business needs, and guiding them toward solutions that deliver real value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship   Management: Build strong relationships with prospective clients through professional, consultative communication and active listening.
  • Solution Presentation: Clearly communicate our products and services while demonstrating how they address each client's unique challenges and objectives.
  • Pipeline Development: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using consistent follow-up and strategic outreach.
  • Performance & Results: Meet or exceed activity, conversion, and revenue goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate CRM records and utilize internal systems to ensure efficient sales operations and reporting.


Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, account management, customer service, or another customer-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Professional home office setup with reliable, high-speed internet.
  • Availability to work during US Central Time (CST) business hours.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve results in a remote work environment.


Salary

USD1600 - USD2500 monthly.
