We are seeking a smart, result-driven, and highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing Real estate team in Abuja/Enugu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Market and sell company properties to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
- Conduct property presentations, inspections, and site visits
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into sales
- Negotiate deals and close sales transactions professionally
- Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND/ND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Mass Communication, or any related field
- Additional certification in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Management is an added advantage
Years of Experience
- Minimum of 2–4 years proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the Real estate industry
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales and closing ability
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Knowledge of real estate products, market trends, and customer needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
