We are seeking a smart, result-driven, and highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing Real estate team in Abuja/Enugu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
  • Market and sell company properties to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
  • Conduct property presentations, inspections, and site visits
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into sales
  • Negotiate deals and close sales transactions professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to management


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND/ND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Mass Communication, or any related field
  • Additional certification in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Management is an added advantage

Years of Experience

  • Minimum of 2–4 years proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the Real estate industry
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong sales and closing ability
  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Knowledge of real estate products, market trends, and customer needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
