Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector to drive business growth, expand market presence, and secure new opportunities within the industry.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and leading commercial initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives within the oil and gas value chain.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the oil & gas sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders
  • Drive the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategy
  • Lead contract negotiations and support deal closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to deliver client solutions
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking platforms.

Educational Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 7–10 years’ experience in business development within the oil & gas industry
  • Proven track record of winning contracts and growing revenue
  • Strong understanding of the oil & gas market, clients, and value chain
  • Excellent proposal development and negotiation skills
  • Strong network within the industry (IOCs, EPCs, service companies, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
