Job Purpose

  • Drive business growth by identifying and securing new client and partnership opportunities across global markets
  • Build, onboard, and manage strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, money managers, and institutional partners
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to design high-impact acquisition campaigns
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities worldwide
  • Monitor partner performance, optimize revenue channels, and deliver strategic insights to leadership
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the CFD/forex space
  • Ensure all activities align with regulatory standards and internal compliance frameworks


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in business development, partnerships, or sales within a CFD/forex broker or financial services firm
  • Strong understanding of leveraged trading products, MT4/MT5 platforms, and global financial markets
  • An established network of IBs, affiliates, or institutional contacts is a strong advantage
  • Confident negotiator with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
