The Successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, expanding the Bank’s market presence, and managing key client relationships. The role involves leading business development initiatives, negotiating high-value deals, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue targets.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies and plans
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value business deals
  • Manage and mentor business development or sales teams
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets
