Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Micro Finance Officer/Lender to join our team!
As a key player in our Finance House, you will facilitate lending transactions, manage customer relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lending Transactions:

Identify and evaluate credit opportunities
Conduct credit analysis and risk assessment
Prepare and process loan applications
Ensure compliance with lending policies and procedures

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Provide excellent customer service and support
Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote our products

Credit Management:

Monitor and manage credit portfolio
Identify and mitigate credit risks
Ensure timely repayment and minimize defaults

Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities and markets
Develop and implement strategies to drive growth
Collaborate with team members to achieve targets

Requirements

OND, HND, or BSc in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or related field
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an MFB or a finance company as a relationship officer.
