Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Female Business Development Officer to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base and supporting the company’s overall growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets
  • Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare regular business development and sales reports.


Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Good understanding of the Lagos business environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.


Salary

N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
