We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Officer to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue. The ideal candidate must be goal-driven, persuasive, and commercially aware.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
• Provide regular reports on business development activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development or sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
