We are seeking a proactive, professional, and highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and relationship-building skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, education partners, and accommodation providers.
• Identify and engage new partnership opportunities that support the company's growth objectives.
• Respond to inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about Zebkie Housing's services.
• Conduct virtual meetings and follow-up conversations with prospective clients and partners.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and activities using the company's systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and support experience for clients.
• Assist in expanding the company's network of educational institutions, housing providers, and strategic partners.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities that contribute to business growth.
• Represent Zebkie Housing professionally during virtual meetings and online events when required.
• Meet individual performance goals and contribute to overall team objectives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in business development, client relations, customer success, account management, or a related role is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Professional attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.

Compensation

• Monthly Salary: ₦50,000 – ₦100,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
• Performance Incentives: In addition to the monthly salary, employees are eligible for attractive performance-based incentives. High-performing team members have the opportunity to earn a total monthly income of approximately ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 through incentive payments.
