Role Summary:

To drive and achieve Management’s set Business Goals and Objectives for HiiT Lekki Branch.

Key Accountabilities:

Business Management Functions:


Marketing Management Functions:

Responsible for actualization of set Branch’s Marketing and sales Goals/Objectives.

Manage the lead generation and conversion process to achieve S/N 1 above.

Utilize Digital marketing skills (social media platforms and digitalmarketing tools) to enhance brand Visibility and acceptability.

Continuously research and identify market trends and opportunities in order to remain competitive and profitable.0


Core Competencies & Skills

  • Business Management Skills.
  • Must be ICT and Social Media Savvy.
  • Have Strong Digital Marketing and negotiation skills.
  •  At least intermediate skills in the use of MS Word, Excel, and good use of Zoom and Zoho Platform.
  • Excellent Customer Relations Management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent work ethics and Integrity.
  • Creativity and strong drive for excellence.

Experience and Qualifications
