We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Operations Analyst / Executive Assistant to the CEO to support our rapidly growing startup. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance and consulting background, experience working with startups, and a keen ability to analyze and interpret business data. This role requires someone who can seamlessly integrate finance, strategy, and operations to help drive business growth, work with investors, and support fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Operations & Analytics:

• Generate, analyze, and interpret daily business operations data, including finance and customer-based data.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track business performance.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial and operational data.
• Support the CEO in strategic planning and execution by delivering data-driven insights.

Financial Analysis & Fundraising Support:

• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business decision-making.
• Assist in investor relations, including preparing financial reports, investor decks, and fundraising materials.
• Collaborate with the CEO to identify and secure funding opportunities.
• Ensure financial models align with the company’s growth strategy.

Executive Support:

• Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations.
• Manage key meetings, follow-ups, and business priorities for the CEO.
• Assist with high-priority projects, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and objectives.

Stakeholder & Investor Relations:

• Work closely with investors, board members, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
• Support external and internal communications related to business performance and fundraising.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract and engage potential investors and partners.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or financial analysis, preferably in a fast-growing startup.
• Consulting background with experience in business strategy and operations is highly desirable.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret complex financial and business data.
• Proven experience working with startups, fundraising, and investor relations.
• Ability to work with senior leaders to drive and achieve business goals.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and reporting tools.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience designing and implementing impactful business strategies.
• Strong understanding of startup dynamics and business scaling.
• Familiarity with venture capital, private equity, or fundraising processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
