About the Job

We are looking for a versatile, self-driven Business Support Associate to work directly with the founder. The core of this role is social media management across all three Vadertech brands, combined with flexible support on whatever the business needs at any given time.

This is not a rigid, task-by-task role. Some weeks it’s content-heavy. Other times it might be research, coordination, or helping push a project forward. The right person adapts easily, takes ownership, and does not need to be chased.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for Ventri, VentriBiz, and Vadertech across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok where relevant
  • Create and schedule engaging posts — text, carousels, short-form videos, and graphics
  • Maintain a distinct, consistent brand voice across all three brands
  • Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs that drive engagement and conversions
  • Monitor analytics and continuously optimize content performance based on data
  • Engage with the community — comments, DMs, and mentions — in a timely manner
  • Research trends, competitor content, and viral opportunities relevant to SaaS and tech
  • Plan and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars
  • Support product launches, feature updates, and marketing campaigns


Flexible Business Support

  • Assist with research tasks — tools, platforms, market comparisons, or anything the founder needs looked into
  • Help draft or proofread business documents, proposals, or outreach messages when needed
  • Support coordination with freelancers or external collaborators on an ad hoc basis
  • Assist with basic reporting — summarising feedback, compiling data, or tracking progress on ongoing work
  • Jump in on whatever task is most pressing at a given time, whether that’s operational, creative, or administrative


Nice to Have

  • Basic video editing skills — CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or similar
  • Understanding of LinkedIn growth strategies, especially for B2B SaaS
  • Experience running or assisting with paid ad campaigns — Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation or productivity
  • Interest in SaaS, automation, or business software products
