Job Description

  • We are seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our front-line team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent patient support, and ensuring a positive experience for all callers.


Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from patients, clients, and partners in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule appointments, handle enquiries, and provide accurate information about our services, tests, and procedures.
  • Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and reminders.
  • Manage patient complaints and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Update patient records accurately on the CRM/Health Information System.
  • Provide product/service information and address billing or insurance-related enquiries.
  • Maintain call logs, records, and generate daily reports on call activities.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless patient support.
  • Adhere to call center scripts, policies, and healthcare data protection standards.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Call Center Representative (1–2 years of experience preferred).
  • Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is a strong advantage.
  • National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) completed (where applicable).


Requirements & Skills:

  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in computer usage and CRM software.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to speak clearly in English (additional local language is an advantage).
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
