Responsibilities

Sales Outbound & Performance Growth:

  • Lead and grow a high-performing outbound team focused on customer conversions.
  • Create clear, effective call scripts and messaging for retail clients, and project customers.
  • Plan and track daily, weekly, and monthly activities, monitoring key metrics like call volume, connection rate, and conversions.
  • Oversee the full lead-to-order journey, ensuring accurate CRM tracking and follow-through.
  • Partner with Marketing to convert campaign leads, re-engage inactive customers, and boost overall conversion rates.

After-Sales Support & Customer Experience:

  • Build structured follow-ups and feedback systems to strengthen customer relationships and uncover upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure every issue is tracked, resolved, and used to improve products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM, service tickets, and installation feedback.
  • Work closely with field teams to ensure fast resolution and clear communication.

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Train, and lead a motivated, sales-driven, customer-focused team.
  • Deliver ongoing training in sales techniques, communication, and customer psychology.
  • Run regular performance reviews to track progress and drive improvement.
  • Manage call systems, CRM tools, and reporting with strong data discipline.
  • Build a results-focused culture with clear accountability and rewards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, After-Sales, and Finance to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Provide regular performance and customer insights reports with clear recommendations.
  • Support strategies that improve engagement and drive sales growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience managing a call center or outbound sales team (experience in renewable energy, telecom, electronics, insurance, or FMCG is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of telesales operations, CRM systems, and performance tracking.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive results.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly salary range: N350,000 – N450,000(exclusive of commissions)
