Job Description

  • We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to manage transactions efficiently and provide excellent service to guests.
  • The ideal candidate will handle payments accurately, maintain a positive attitude, and support smooth front-of-house operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide a positive first impression
  • Process customer orders and handle cash, POS, and digital payments accurately
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change as required
  • Maintain an accurate cash register and balance at the end of each shift
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure order accuracy
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier/front desk area
  • Monitor and restock items like receipts, packaging, and supplies
  • Follow company policies on cash handling, hygiene, and safety.


Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 - 2 years of working experience.
