Job Description

• Our client is on the lookout for a Chief Commercial and Operations Officer (CCOO) - a strategic, high-impact leadership role ideal for a retired senior executive or experienced general manager with a strong track record in reputable organisations.
• This role is critical to driving commercial growth, operational excellence, and strategic expansion across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing commercial and revenue strategies
• Expanding market reach and building global partnerships
• Overseeing daily operations and championing innovation
• Leading cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders
• Embedding sustainability, compliance, and performance excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (HND acceptable) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is highly preferred
• 10 -15+ years in senior commercial or operational leadership roles
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth, transformation, and market entry
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Salary

N350,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
