Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Locations: Ikoyi & Lekki - Lagos

Job Summary

• As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing key business functions, including sales operations, supply chain, finance, marketing alignment, and retail/store performance.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Finance to develop budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Monitor and improve KPIs, including inventory turnover, operational costs, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain effective internal systems to support business growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards across all business units.
• Collaborate with the CEO on strategic initiatives, expansion plans, and market growth.
• Oversee talent acquisition, team performance, and organizational culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an operations leadership role, preferably in the beauty, retail, or FMCG space.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and retail or product-based operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Salary

N1,500,000 Monthly (Gross).
