Role Overview

The Community / Academy Lead will oversee Crescita’s training arm, building a learning ecosystem that attracts learners, nurtures talent, and positions the company as a thought leader in digital education.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow Crescita’s training community (online & offline).
• Design learning journeys and pathways for digital skills.
• Manage trainers, workshops, and certification programs.
• Establish partnerships with universities, hubs, and tech communities.
• Build a pipeline of talent for Crescita’s future hires.
