Role Summary:

As the Receptionist, you will manage our front desk, provide exceptional client service, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors, so a professional demeanour and excellent communication skills are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, emails, and welcoming guests.
  • Maintain office records, schedule appointments, and support administrative duties.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth internal communication.
  • Handle correspondence and maintain a professional reception area.
  • Support HR and admin tasks when required.


Requirements:

  • Must be a female with a Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as a Receptionist or front desk officer in the corporate sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, English & Literature, Mass Communication, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
