Job Summary

  • The position is open to all nationalities and offers attractive and competitive packages including remuneration in US Dollars and Nigerian Naira.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing strategic initiatives that align with our long-term goals.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, financial modeling, and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Support the assessment, strategy development and planning associated with new capabilities, new business initiatives and other strategic efforts, partnering with Business Unit leaders or other resources as necessary.
  • Provide thought leadership and nurture long-term partnership with the business to help formulate investment and acquisition strategy that is aligned with overall business strategy
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis.
  • Identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning.
  • Lead cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
  • Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support organizational change and transformation efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 25 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate development in FMCG or Sales/Service organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
  • Experience with Mergers & Acquisition and strategic partnerships
